Rapid Swimshop aims to dispatch all orders within 5 working days (Unless UK Special Delivery – See Below).

All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail and will require a signature. 

We offer 5 options: 

• Standard 48 hours tracked signed for. 
• Special Delivery Next Working day by 1pm. (Must be ordered by 12pm, Orders sent on Friday will be received on Monday)  
• Special Delivery Next day Saturday by 1pm. (Must be ordered by 12pm on Friday)  
• Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) Free 48 hours Tracked delivery. (Free Shipping option must be selected at checkout, it is not automatically selected)
• Order Collection. (Dates and time slots available will be sent after order purchase).

There will be a charge of £7.00 for standard deliveries 48 hours tracked for Postage to mainland UK from time of dispatch.

Special Delivery Next Working day by 1pm. (Must be ordered by 12pm)

There will be a charge of £12.00 for Royal Mail Special Delivery. To be received Next working day by 1pm, orders must be placed by 12pm. Orders placed on Friday will be received Monday.

Special Delivery Next day Saturday by 1pm. (Must be ordered by Friday 12pm )

There will be a charge of £18.00 for Royal Mail Special Delivery. To be received Saturday Next day by 1pm, orders must be placed by 12pm on Friday. 

Orders Over £50

For all orders over £50 excluding VAT, for mainland UK delivery 48 hours tracked will be free. Free shipping option must be selected at checkout, it is not automatically selected. 

Order Collection

Orders can be picked up from our business address for free. After the order is placed you will receive an email with available dates and time slots for collection. Orders cannot be collected outside the agreed time slot unless agreed previously. If you cannot make the agreed time slot, please give notice via email or text message at least 4 hours prior to your collection time. 

Currently, we do not ship to countries outside the United Kingdom. 

Any order placed over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Unless it is a bank holiday then all orders will be processed on the next working day

If in the unfortunate circumstance that items are out of stock, you will be notified by email / phone and items will be sent out as soon as they become available or refunded.
