This flattering ladies squad suit is perfect for swim training, workout and squad swimming. With its open lower back design, elastic straps around the underarm and back, it will keep the shoulders clear to allow for maximum flexibility and movement in the water.

This swimsuit is designed for medium flow coverage and can absorb 10-15ml (2-3 regular tampons). Wear on its own or as a backup – only you know your flow.
